After early exposure to classical music (specifically Disney's Fantasia) and the art of "jamming," Chuck knew there was something special about music. From humble beginnings of improvised harmonica/Hammond B3 jams with his father, John Salamone, to getting his first band started before entering high school, his journey to learning, composing, and performing music has been nothing but rewarding. Upon graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Music (2012), Chuck had already met all the current players in "Amigos, Amigos!"...it was only a matter of time before they would all be performing on the same stage. With ears driven and inspired by nostalgia, video game compositions, and various life experiences, he writes music with everyone's listening experience in mind. When he's not making music, he's busy "making musicians" as a private music instructor/co-owner at His and Her's Music LLC with his wife, Diane. His recent projects include an unreleased EP of original music written for acoustic guitar and piano, a separate collection of original songs that he plans to record called "Of Mortals and the Gods," and a role as lead composer for an upcoming video game, Hylics II!
